We have started a Saturday morning trx class!  This is a class designed for anyone looking to change up their workout.  This is a free class to all paying members of Momentum performance training and $10 for anyone else who wants to attend. The class runs every saturday with a minimum of 5 people.  Please email tom to sign up. Class time is 9:30am

Sport Specific Technical Coaching

In addition to our general physical training at Momentum Performance Training we also offer technical instruction in a variety of sports, ranging from entry level to college level and beyond.  Coach Johnson has 40+ years of track & field coaching experience, 30+ years of cross country, and 20+ years of basketball coaching experience, so those three sports are our specialties.  However, we have also provided excellent instruction in other arenas, depending upon your sport and competition level.  Just tell us your situation and we will let you know what we can offer.  We are proud of the work we have done with our local athletes and extremely pleased with their results so we look forward to the opportunity to work closely with you in the near future! Coach Johnson will be available Monday thru Thursday from 2:30 to 5:30 for one on one technical instruction.
