Summer Bootcamp classes are beginning June 2nd at Momentum performance training!! Classes will be held on Mondays and wednesdays from 5:30pm - 6:30pm.  Classes will be high intensity resistance interval training and will be held outside in the fresh air!  This will be a high energy class!  contact tom for more information 360-202-8747

Momentum Running Club

We will be starting our seasonal running club on April 15th!  We will be running from 5:00-6:30 every Tuesday evening.  Runners and walkers of all ages and abilities are welcome.  Please contact Tom or Paul at for more information!
